OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE

The basic policy for quality assurance at OTV shall be to manufacture
products of excellent quality to obtain great trust and deep
satisfaction of customers and to thoroughly assure this quality. At the
same time this assurance standard shall conform to the strict standards
of disaster prevention equipment, in which OTV is most active, and also
shall receive high evaluation in the international market. To this end,
we are determined to take the following actions.

All employees, not to mention the managing staff, shall always have
untiring enthusiasm and strong will to maintain and improve high
quality. For this purpose, incessant education and enlightenment on
quality assurance shall be thoroughly carried out and various
in-company standards shall be rigidly set and made clear.

|
An effective and comprehensive control system shall be established, to
cover each section of the company (engineering, designing, sales,
manufacturing, purchasing, inspection, etc).

|
|
Especially for the control of the process “ In which good quality is
incorporated” the quality ofour products shall be guaranteed by careful
checks and control conducted in each process.
|
|
|
The Quality Control Committee shall pay careful attention to inspection
and analysis of the quality control standards and make constant efforts
to improve the standards.
